The hotel was super close to the urban centre of Brisbane, so we could easily hit up all the best attractions and activities. We even took a dope tour to the Queensland rainforests and chilled at the endless beaches. Plus, the hotel rooms were comfy AF, so we could recharge for more epic adventures.
The only thing that would have made our stay even more lit is if there was a sick rooftop bar or nightclub at the hotel. We wanted to party it up with our crew without having to leave the hotel.

Being disabled, I found the staff at the Mantra Terrace Hotel to be incredibly accommodating. The lovely lady who cleaned the rooms was especially kind, providing extra pillows to help me after my operation. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the city, train station, and airport. There were also great dining options nearby, including a restaurant downstairs and a café for breakfast. the facilities and staff made my stay comfortable and convenient.
I felt extremely welcome at the Mantra Terrace Hotel, and there was nothing to complain about.

I was dissappointed in the size of the room way too small, not even a chair. Why don'y you carge to use the water and electricity, because the charges for Internet and movies was an absolute insult. Next you'll be charging extra for toilet paper. I will not be recommending the Portal to any of my friends.

It was a very nice property, good location and nice staff.
I was a bit taken aback by the small size of the room based up on the write ups I read. I felt as though I was a bit cheated in the size of the room - no room to unpack or hang clothes fully due to the fridge in the wardrobe.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the city. Our room at Mantra Terrace Hotel was just the right size and very clean. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a spacious bathroom designed for disabled individuals. My husband loved the extra space and even had a bench to sit on during his shower. The hotel staff were friendly and the coffee store next door was fantastic. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Everything was spot on! 😊

The foyer and hotel bar presented well.
The room was extremely small and although it said twin single the beds felt more like singles than king singles.

The staff at my first stay at this hotel were kind enough to help me with my heavy baggage, which made a great impression. With amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant, this place has everything I need. I always come back for a weekend getaway.

Being picked up from the Airport by Odyssey Transfers www.odysseytransfer.com and taken straight to the Hotel.
We did not like having to go elsewhere to get Lunch & Dinner meals and drinks due to the Bar/Kitchen being closed on weekends. We also found that the earliest we could have breakfast was 8am over the weekend.

Great location. Nice looking hotel. Comfortable bed.
Staff were absent minded. Couldn't remember me from one occasion to the next. minibar in the room was tackily large and on display _ it felt very budget. Tiles in entry foyer were deadly slippery when your shoes are we in the rain - staff response to this was to put up a sign rather than putting down a mat.

Spacious Balconies: The rooms at this hotel feature spacious private balconies, perfect for enjoying the stunning city views and sipping your morning coffee in the open air.
Toilet Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the toilet was not up to par, with evidence of urine and feces left under the toilet lid.
